1. About Us

GAJ Celebrations is an event decor and floral design business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We provide floral arrangements, event styling, decorations, and related services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other occasions.

2. Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom floral arrangements and bouquets
• Event and venue decoration
• Wedding floral and decor packages
• Centrepieces, arches, and installations
• Consultation and design services

All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed through a formal booking agreement.

3. Bookings & Reservations

To secure our services for your event, a booking must be confirmed in writing (via email or our website inquiry form). All bookings are subject to our payment terms outlined below. Dates are not reserved until a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

We offer the following payment structure based on order size:

• Small Orders: Full payment is required upfront before the order is processed or any work begins.
• Large Orders / Events: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than one (1) week before the event date.

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website.

5. Final Sale — Fresh Floral Arrangements

All real (fresh) floral arrangements are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a floral arrangement has been completed and delivered or picked up. This includes:

• Custom bouquets and arrangements
• Event and wedding florals
• Centrepieces and installations using fresh flowers
• Any other order involving live or fresh floral product

We take great care in sourcing quality flowers and crafting each arrangement to your specifications. If you have a concern about the quality of your order upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at gajcelebrations@gmail.com with photos. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis, but this does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that all real floral arrangements are final sale (see Section 5). For event bookings and decor services, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable; 50% of any additional payments made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to gajcelebrations@gmail.com. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days.

7. Changes & Modifications

Requests to modify your order (e.g., guest count, floral selections, event date) must be made at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability and any price adjustments. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee modifications made close to the event date.

8. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee based on the event location and scope of work. Delivery details, including timelines and access requirements, will be confirmed prior to your event. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or venue restrictions.

9. Floral & Decor Variations

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and seasonal availability, specific flower varieties, colours, or decor items may not always be available. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic agreed upon. We will notify you of any significant substitutions whenever possible.

10. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event details, including venue address, setup times, and contact information.
• Ensure venue access is available during the agreed setup period.
• Return any rental items (e.g., vases, stands, décor pieces) in their original condition within the agreed timeframe.

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items during your event.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on www.gajflorals.com are the intellectual property of GAJ Celebrations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

GAJ Celebrations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
